The Regular and Student Registration fees cover:
Participation in the full conference program

Programs & Practice Day Registration
This registration option is intended for schools, universities, NGOs, policymakers, and educational practitioners who wish to attend only the Programs and Practice Day on Saturday, June 13, 2026.
This day will showcase international programs and initiatives that promote moral, civic, character, socio-emotional, and values education, bringing together organizations that design educational interventions and institutions seeking to implement them. It offers a unique opportunity to explore effective approaches, exchange experiences, and build connections with peers and education system leaders from around the world.
Notes:
- Student fees apply exclusively to undergraduate and postgraduate students (PhD, Master’s, and Bachelor students).
- All fees are VAT 0% (no VAT will be added).
- Single Day, Half Day and Programs & Practice Day registrations do not include AME membership, Journal of Moral Education access, or entry to the welcome reception at the Prado Museum.
- The half day registration fee for June 14 only includes one coffee break. No lunch is included.
Cancellation Policy
In line with our sustainability principles and to reduce food waste, we ask participants to cancel their registration if they are unable to attend the conference or any social events.
- For cancellations received by May 15, 2026, the full participation fee will be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 15, 2026, or for no-shows.
- Registrations can be transferred to another person from the same organization at no extra cost.

AME Travel Grants
The AME Travel Grant Program provides financial support to:
- Student presenters with limited financial resources who need assistance to present their work at the conference. Undergraduate students may be considered if funds are available.
- Faculty members from low and lower-middle income countries (as classified by the World Bank) who require financial support to travel internationally to present their research.
- Faculty members within five years of their highest degree (i.e., emerging scholars)
Grant Amount and Eligible Expenses
The maximum amount of each travel grant is USD $1,000. Reimbursements are based on the information provided in this application and will not be adjusted for currency exchange fluctuations or expenses beyond this amount.

Visa
If you need an official invitation letter for visa procedures, please indicate this in your registration form. An invitation letter will be issued to you after your registration has been processed.
